Having too much fun!

I got my stack of Melanie’s fabrics in the mail and my brain exploded with glee!

Too many ideas came to mind but I still felt a little worried about how much wonkiness was allowed. This first one is paper-pieced, but with some liberation.

I retreated to precision piecing as a place of comfort.

But then I set my personality free.

There’s still plenty more fabric for one or two other blocks. We’ll see if I have time for more…
